Fixing Course-Thumbnail Module

The Course-Thumbnail Module is showing every active course even when only certain Courses are avalible. That makes it impossible for me to seperate courses into different Categories on the Membersite

Yes that would be huge. There is no possibility to sort the courses on the courses site by category, dificulty or whatever. just enable to select several courses in a course thumbnail module, so I can insert a few of the modules on the course site and sort them by myself.
